GoGroupBooking is a young company dedicated to streamlining group bookings for hotels and adventure centres in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We help increase group bookings by up to 20% and decrease manual workload by up to 40% through our innovative software solutions. We developed the tool in 2009 to deal with one of the biggest issues with group bookings - trying to get all members of a group pay in advance of the departure date. This is a time consuming and frustrating process. The business has to contact the organiser or other members of the group several times to get all of the members to pay deposits, and remainders. Staff have to spend time calling people or sending emails to secure payment. The tool allows all of the invitees who are on entered on the system to pay for their own trip. The business no longer has to spend time contacting the group members to pay up.Emails or text messages can be sent automatically to invitees to remind them to pay deposits or remainders. Invitees go to the business website to pay - this increases the traffic to the business website. The tool gives a full account overview of every group booking in the business. The number of people invited to each event can be viewed.
