We apply ‘design thinking' – combining creativity with rigorous testing – to policy, strategy, business models and organisations – as much as new digital services or transformation through technology.Our business planning and commercial advice operates at a strategic level, taking into account local, national and international policy – but we also do the nitty gritty work of diagnosing problems, financial projections and improving day-to-day management.Since 2018, we were the enterprise arm of The Audience Agency – the national charity that aims to enhance the reach, relevance and resilience of the UK's arts, cultural and heritage sectors.
