It was founded by Darren Berberian, CEO of GWC, in 2013. GWC's view of affordable housing is to always build properties that integrate the character of the neighborhood in their design and provide high-quality construction that is environmentally responsible so that they can better serve the community. *GWC develops communities that promote economic and social integration for all residences which is why they are so passionate about working with the community during the design process and dedicated to always incorporate sustainable building materials to protect the communities health and well being. They truly strive to create living environments that everyone deserves. We provide housing for families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and vulnerable community members.GWC's view of being environmentally responsible is to improve and protect the overall health of their communities. By using resources efficiently, we not only reduce waste, pollution, and environment degradation, but they also keep their communities aesthetically beautiful on the inside and out. *GWC builds housing that not only sustains our resources but also sustains the environment that we build in, which is why we are mindful and strategic as to where we build.
