Oversee and maintain a specific area of the Portal to ensure content is relevant, accurate, timely and appropriate for public website.Chair and monitor the activity of a new area's content during the development period to include identification of articles to be written, authors and editors (optional) to be assigned, and navigation channels required.Develop article ideas and assign to area authors or coordinate the work of authors who submit material for the portal ensuring that it meets publishing guidelines, and does not violate policy, procedure or law.Establish and monitor an internal approval process for reviewing and editing content prior to submission for publication to the live Portal site.Work with the AIS Portal Team in establishing navigation channels required and developing the various landing pages.Periodically monitor an area's published content to ensure freshness and accuracy, and that Related Information links and images are being properly used.
