Clients include: RENAISSANCE ATHLETIC CLUB, Benton Harbor, MI - FINANCIAL CONSULTANT - 2013 - 2014 Designed daily financial reporting system, conducted membership audit, and created budget statement. ONTERIE FITNESS CENTER, CHICAGO, IL - GENERAL MANAGER - 2010 - 2013 Contracted to oversee complete operations of a 12K square foot fitness center for the owners of the building. Hired, trained, and managed a team of 18 employees. Created and launched all financial reporting functions, including budgets, operating statements and variance reports; handled payroll, AR, overall revenue collection and paid all expenses. Selected new vendors for credit card collection, membership software, club supplies & payroll processing. Created employee policy manual, club guidelines, membership agreements & rental contracts. Setup utilities, computer & phone systems during club acquisition. Turned around troubled operation from loss ($100K+) to profitability ($140K+) within 3 years. Generated over $750K gross revenue in 3 years with a net profit of more than $100K in 2011/2012. Increased personal training revenue by $21K (20%) in one year.
