Because we believe clients deserve better, we ensure: • Clients will receive the personal attention of our lawyers that they deserve. Our Principal, Lisa Rennie, has over 17 years experience assisting injured people pursue their rights. • There are no call centres here, we speak to our clients! Clients won't speak to call centre staff and then wait days for their call to be returned. • We will communicate with clients in a way that suits them, in person, by telephone, skype, email, live chat. • If our clients want to visit us we are conveniently located at the Northern End of Suncorp Stadium where there is free parking. • Our efficient service saves costs, for example where it is convenient for us to communicate electronically we will, saving on expensive photocopy fees. • We understand clients might not be in a position to pay our fees up front. We will defer our fees until the successful conclusion of their claim. This is commonly referred to as a No Win No Fee Arrangement. • We fund any expenses necessary to build our clients' claims, there will be no requirement to enter into a litigation loan agreement.
