Gotham Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned private clinic in heart of New York City. We started Gotham PT with one goal: empower people with pain or mobility issues to help themselves. To that end, we only do one-on-one treatments with patients, no hand-off to an aide or assistant. And we focus our treatments on the pillars of evidence-based physical therapy: advice and education, activity modification, and therapeutic exercise and activities. You won't find your time wasted with modalities that provide no effect or only temporary effects that feel good in the moment but don't move you towards your ultimate goal. When you come to see us we're going to get you moving as soon as we can, and we'll show you what you need to do to take charge of your condition and help yourself so won't need to rely on painkillers or endless treatments.
