Goulburn Region Preschool Association (GRPSA) ensures the provision of quality early childhood educational programs in rural Victoria. GRPSA has been educating children since 1988, with the goal of creating a safe, exciting, engaging environment for children, families and educators.Goulburn Region Preschool Association is a not-for-profit Kindergarten Cluster Management organisation funded by the State Government. Kindergarten cluster management reduces the administrative pressures on volunteer parent committees by handling the staffing, licensing requirements and financial responsibilities associated with managing a kindergarten.GRPSA is overseen by a volunteer Board, with authority delegated to the CEO, who is responsible for the operations of the organisation. GRPSA Board is comprised of parent and community members who have been elected by the members of the Association.
