GOVONI S.A.S. produces electrical harnesses, dashboards and electrical application for paving, agricultural and general working machines. The company makes electrical panels for industrial automation too.The first place, in our goals, is taken by the customer; all our operations are customer driven and all our investment are driven by the enhance of the customer's products.With 40 employees, and a company built on a site of 6000 sq.m., Govoni s.a.s. is a small company with all the advantages of the small companies (extreme flexibility, quick changing if request, excellent communication with the supplier). At the same time we have a management system which utilizes several continuous improvement processes and tools.On 2004 deployed with Six Sigma, attending a Deployment Champion Course, a Black Belt DMAIC course completed and a Leadership Course made.ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2002, our company implemented the Lean Manufacturing System and 5S system since 2004.During the year 2008 the company obtained the Caterpillar certification MQ11005 (Bronze level) and obtained the 2nd revision of ISO certificate.During the year 2009 the company obtained the 1st re-cert of Caterpillar MQ11005 and the ISO 9001:2008 update.In 2010 the company obtained the 2nd re-cert of Caterpillar cert.Collection of facts and data, the analysis of them and statistical processes are an important part of our job.
