GPR PS PL is an EPC Contractor known for proper scheduling and synchronizing various packages as per detailed design engineering and Quality Standards from DPR till PG Test with contemporary knowledge about the standards adopted in the Power Sector under the Ministry of Power, Ministry of Non Conventional Energy and State Nodal Agencies. The Scope of Service offered include EPC, BOP/MEI (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation) Packages & Solar PV packages across India catering to all sectors for more than a decade.Following are the 2 areas where we propose to extend our services:*Catalytic Hybrid Biomass Power Plant - Referring to India's vision on achieving Energy independence and power for all by 2022, India is targeting 175GW of renewable energy capacity which is an ambitious target that will require fourfold growth in the sector. The 2022 target includes 60GW of Wind, 40GW of Solar, 10GW of Biomass and 5GW of small hydro power projects. To achieve the 10GW (10000MW) Biomass power there is a need of clean and green energy. The technology is based on Catalytic Combustion system in which a hybrid boiler (both water and fire tube) is used for super-heated steam generation. The combustion system is comprising of a pressurized moisture flow having 85% humidity which gets converted into super-heated steam and act as catalyst to generate high temperature, thus saving in Biomass. The Technology has following uniqueness:• Controllable high furnace temperature around 1400 degree Centigrade.• Fuel Saving around 40%• Smoke free i.e minimum pollution• It can burn any type of Biomass• Safe• Sustainable• Low running cost* Waste to Energy Pyrolysis Plant – The process involves converting waste plastic to fuel oil which can run diesel generator to generate power. In the present scenario there is scope for setting up about 3000 nos of 5 TPD plants or 1500 nos of 10 TPD. Pyrolysis is a Unique and Cost Effective Technology to extract Fuel from Waste Plastics. It is a completely automatic plant equipped with all control & safety features. The process involves Pyrolysis technology which is thermal degradation process in the absence of oxygen. Plastic waste is treated in a cylindrical chamber at temperature of 370°C - 420°C. The polymer is gently cracked by adding Catalyst and the pyrolysis gases are condensed in a series of condensers to give a low sulphur content distillate .The input required is mixed plastic scrap from which the output obtained will be Fuel Oil and carbon ash.
