These include road for vehicular movement itself, cycle lane, sidewalk, median within which stormwater drainage channels and ducts may be embedded.• Power:Uninterrupted power supply through a captive energy programme is at the heart of our infrastructure and utility plans. This service is so critical, that we have created specialist affiliate entities dedicated to the efficient operation and focused maintenance of this critical service.• Water Infrastructure: Our partnership with CFAO Cullingham and other reputable names in water storage, treatment and supply, provide a veritable assurance of efficient supply of potable water to our residents and others on Gracefield Island.• Telecommunication:Gracefield Island may turn out to be the first truly smart city in Nigeria.
