We at Grade E, are on a mission to provide a 360-degree mentorship to the students in the areas of valuable skills that will assist them to ace the Campus Placements and equip them with skills that will help them to excel in their 'Corporate Journey'.This venture is founded by Mr. Aniket Jondhale and Mr. Sachin Ahire; alumni from the prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai; the CEO factory.Leveraging meaningful experiences from the corporate sector, we have identified many factors and soft skills that students lack despite their expertise in technical knowledge.
