What we do:Graft was founded by entrepreneurs to give other entrepreneurs the ability to create and build their businesses by developing sound leaders and empowering employees. We offer the Sower self-paced courses, the Cultivator private course and Rainmaker complete consulting packages in order to assist you completely through a wide variety of mental and physical strategies to assist you in developing your business.How we do it:We first listen to your concerns and look into your vision of where you want to see your business. Then we work with you and your employees in order to develop problem solving skills and empowering growth throughout your businesses. Why we do it:We love creating, growing and exploring new businesses and the entrepreneurs behind it. We want to break unseen barriers down for people and allow them to overcome their mental blocks, building a positive work environment and stimulating growth and efficiency in your business.For new startups, we do what we teach:Our first startup came with an unbelievable amount of learning experiences; these experiences have pushed us to create a system of solutions that we duplicate and individualize for any early startup. Our first startup went from $200 a month in sales to $17k a month in sales in just a few short months after implementing our system. We then focused on duplicating our process in order to assist others. We tested our own strategy on our own latest startup and found great success in doing so: We had a budget of $3k and a timeline of 30 days to be off the ground. We implemented our methods to demonstrate the power of our system by being ready to launch in just 23 days. We then launched our preorders test group on day 29 of our startup and have since achieved an exceptional amount of growth within our brand. We have proven to be profitable much earlier than originally expected and this allows us to have tremendous confidence in our solutions.
