We started in big Top 20 agencies. We learned from lots of great people. And then we had our moment of epiphany. Creative people are most use to brands, organisations and causes when they work with them, not for them. So we set up on our own. Deliberately small and independent. Our ambition: sit besides our clients and come up with ideas they would fall in love with. We embrace the new multi-media world but remain more convinced than ever that nothing has changed in advertising.
