Grand Gables Realty Group, Inc. is a full service real estate firm covering the towns of Scituate, Cohasset, Norwell, Marshfield, Duxbury, Hingham and Hull. The Company was incorporated in July 2002 by David S. Drinkwater, an experienced veteran of the real estate industry and Mary-Ellen (Meehan) Drinkwater, who has over 22 years experience in the Corporate Finance profession, with 10 of those years as an executive officer. In addition to being actively involved in listing and selling property on a full time basis, David has spent a significant amount of volunteer time serving the local, state and national Realtor® organizations. Mary-Ellen utilizes her financial, managerial, customer service and organizational skills to differentiate Grand Gables from all other companies in the industry.
