Grand Plaza Hotel & Resort introducing a new concept in the market for a 4 star deluxe hotels, the concert of the international & local touch is our nature , the company started at 2012 by first hotel Grand Plaza Takhassosi Hotel Riyadh 93 units as small boutique hotel to start with. as the company head office is located at the capital city , the 2nd hotel developed with 3 years of opening the first hotel located at Riyadh as well with 114 units at the heart of the city , the 3rd hotel is coming up by end of 2015 with 141 unites as medium size hotel . the development is Jezan city is the attractive area for the having our 1st hotel outside the capital city the development is in full swing to start at the 1st quarter in 2017 with 157 unites overlooking the red sea , the company objective is the have one hotel at each city of Saudi Arabia by 2020 before turning the company to international chain by 2025 to approach the GCC market and middle east as well .
