GBCG partnered with Dunmore Homes in the mid-1990s to co-develop projects and build homes in the Sacramento and Central Valley area; together with Dunmore Homes, Granite Bay Capital developed over 3,000 lots and homes. In addition to its roots in development, Granite Bay Capital Group sought distressed real estate assets in need of reposition in a variety of product types. The company continues to do so in a variety of assets with a focus on manufactured housing communities, multi-family, retail, and self-storage facilities. The company also has footings in land holdings, medical office, and office property types.
