Granny's Treats began in 2007 and is a family-owned business based in Franklin, Wisconsin that makes summer fun by serving schools, daycares, corporate accounts, festivals, and private accounts. It is named after our real Granny who started teaching in a one-room school house in rural North Dakota. She retired from teaching after 34 years and has 10 grandchildren. Granny was an active member of the National Reading Association and "Who's Who Among America's Teachers." Granny provided thematic story times for hundreds of her friends at schools and daycares during her summer visits. Three of her four children are teachers.
