Graumans Investments records the investment plan and track record of Rob Graumans. Rob started investing as a student in 2012 with €25.000-€30.000 in savings, which has turned into >= €120.000 today, implying an average return of +- 40% a year.Graumans Investments tries to achieve above-average returns in the long-term. We believe that markets cannot be predicted in the short-term, but that above-average returns can be gained in the long-term by combining thorough analyses, logical thinking, disciplined risk- and portfolio-management.Graumans Investments invests in stocks and futures. We focus on sectors that are trading far below their historical averages due to negative macro-economic variables (oil price, interest rate, etc.). In case our analyses indicate that these variables are near extremes (or have reached the extremes already), we initiate position in the sectors (or variables in case of futures). We use fundamental analyses for picking the stocks within sectors. We stick to a strict proportion between the stocks in our portfolio, to make sure that we are never over- or under-exposed to one sector or stock in particular.
