We're a new Canadian startup forged out of the confusion that comes from the eternal struggle of juggling sales, pipelines, support and client experiences. We've always known that sales and service are intertwined. Clients should never receive anything less than a stellar experience, and small businesses should never have to pay costly subscription fees to multiple applications in an effort to provide that experience. Our goal at Gravitude.io is to bring the day-to-day tasks surrounding inquiries, sales, forecasts and support into one easily manageable program for small and medium businesses at a fraction of the cost.
