I'm really good at figuring out people: who works well in a particular environment & situation and who does not (and for those who do not, I can figure out where you can fit ;)). I made it a point to understand human behavior because it's the motor of the car. And if the car needs to get you across the country (or world), it would suit you better to know it. To me, it's the motor of Change Management and getting things done. (Tools are good and Agile & Lean methods are too!).
