Our combined staff includes two registered Civil Engineers, a licensed Landscape Architect, a Landscape Architect Intern and a strong technical and administrative support staff. Currently licensed to practice engineering in six states; AR, TX, OK, MO, KS and New Mexico with certification by the National Council of Engineering and Examiners which means pre-qualification to be licensed in all other states by reciprocity. We also have a Wastewater Operators License from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. The combined Gray Rock Team has more than 75 years of design and project management experience.
