Who are Graystone?Graystone Ltd. is a rail industry focused process and technology consultancy founded in 2013. We are a passionate group of experienced railway professionals with strong experience and understanding of technology, business processes and change management. We have participated in numerous UK and international rail franchise bids, mobilisations and transitions and have direct operational experience in NR and TOCs. We have successfully delivered bid winning strategies that we have seen through to successful implementation, manging the people and technology change around them. We have conducted international Rail industry technology benchmarks and sourced and procured complex technology systems and solutions for Railway Operations, Retail and Rolling stock. Innovation and new ways of approaching problems is in our blood. We have delivered 3 major Innovate UK funded innovation projects in rail to successful outcomes, creating new technologies and suppliers to UK Rail on the way. We are passionate about bringing about positive change and bringing people along with us. Most recently, and relevantly, Graystone have been appointed to lead the technical requirements and strategy for the Industry Timetable Technology Strategy, established as a response to the Glaister recommendations.
