The company boasts of 45 years of combined work experience of its two founders/owners (Ms. Giselle and Mr. Ryan Barrion) in their capacity as full-time employee/group leader and consultant. This does not include yet the years and wealth of experience of their other consultants within their roster. The owners and its consultants are continuously honing their craft not only with actual work experiences and immersions but also with academic degrees, certificates and certifications to make delivery of services impactful, significant and relevant despite the changing times. The company's line of work extends beyond learning and development as they also handled the standardization and implementation of systems/policies and procedures in Strategic Rewards and Recognition, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, Performance Management, (among others) of several companies.Currently, it has an existing partnership with UST Graduate School CCPED in providing quality certificate programs on Human Resources, Org Development and Training. The company is also the producer of HR Leaders Worldwide which is being aired on DWDD 1134 kHz AM (with FB Live Streaming) - the first radio and online program on human resources with global reach. It is also involved in several CSR Projects including 'Lapis at Kwaderno Para Sa Kabataan' for the less privileged children and "Brave and Beautiful Warrior In You" project for those who loss their hair due to alopecia or chemo.
