Founded on the principles of unity and cooperation among Indian governments and people of the Great Plains. The Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Association (GPTCA) is made up of the 16 Tribal Chairmen, Presidents, and Chairpersons in the great plains regions. Collectively, we represent over 100,000 tribal members across the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Iowa, and Nebraska.
