We are a Real Estate Company focused on taking a consultative approach to working with all of our clients, from Traditional Clients (Buyers & Sellers) to Investor Clients. Regardless of the type of client that you are, our first thought is, "What can I/we do to make this an amazing experience for you". At the end of the day if we do that for you, we have done our job. If we haven't done that, we have failed, plain and simple. There are mainly two types of clients when it comes to Real Estate:Traditional Clients, which are your typical buyers and sellers.Investor Clients, which are those that purchase property as a business.We completely understand the different dynamics and nuances of working with each type of client. Both types of clients have completely different goals with a real estate transaction. We also understand that within each type of client there are many subsets and each one has different goals and expectations. The way that we ascertain what the potential clients needs and goals are is that we have a meeting (hopefully in person, video chat if needed) after an initial consultation via email, text or phone call and really get started with the consultation process. We have to determine if we are a good fit for one another and if we can have a successful business relationship. It is definitely worth taking a few minutes in the beginning to make sure we are a good fit and to clearly define what your expectations are. There is no need to waste each others time by not taking these invaluable steps in the beginning. I'm sure you'd much rather spend 15-20 minutes and make sure we are a good fit, than to be frustrated and upset later on down the line because we are on two completely different pages. We want to forge a lasting business relationship with you and hope that you will refer us to others once you've had an amazing experience with us on your transaction!
