GreekCheck is a mobile app that helps fraternities and sororities to increase communication, organization, and accountability. We do that by allowing organizations to create automatic check in events, their members simply need to show up with their phones and their entry/exit times are recorded. This is then visually displayed by listing all members and indicating the ones that attended with a green light next to their name in our back office making record keeping easy.Secondly, GreekCheck ensures the efficiency of internal communication by giving executive board members the ability to send push notifications to the entire chapter in real-time. This guarantees that messages get received quicker and more professionally than e-mail or Facebook. Our market research yielded a consensus that this current, "open forum" method of communication is undeniably inefficient. WIth our new, direct messaging system, only vital information such as chapter meetings, ritual, event information or emergencies will be send out, due to having designated app administrators.All members also get a free app on their phones(iOS and Android) where upcoming events with details and description are displayed along with sent messages.
