Developing owner-occupied homes through a design--build organization, called CPR (Competitively Priced Residences) Builders. In conjunction with the for-profit entity, we are creating a membership-based organization called Prospective Homeowners Association, as a mutual benefit society, a 501(c)4, to support construction or redevelopment of properties, both large and small, that are more-affordable to working class buyers of moderate-to-middle incomes. The purpose of these developments is to provide access to green cooperative home ownership opportunities without personal mortgages, through 2 California cooperatives, one of which is Limited Equity and the other a Market Equity Housing Co-op.
