We have experience with various types of distribution centers and their unique software requirements. Green Logic has extensive experience with various PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manufacturers and software. We have experience with the following: Allen Bradley Control Logix, RS Logix 500, RS Logix 5000, RS Networx, RS Linx, SoftLogix 5800, Panelviews, AutoCad, Inductive Automation (Ignition HMI), EtherCAT, Beckhoff, and Wago Controllers. Recent projects included experience with Accu-Sort barcode scanners, Sick barcode scanners, Datalogic barcode scanners, Print and Apply, high speed shoe sorters (600FPM), pop-up sorters, tilt tray sorters, VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) controlled merges, servo gap optimizers, Allen Bradley Powerflex drives, Profibus DP Master/Slave, EtherNet/IP, and all of Allen Bradley communication networks. Green Logic has managed, designed, and programmed several very large systems with more than 200 motors and several miles of conveyor. These projects included high speed shoe sorters, high speed VFD controlled merges, MDR (Motor Driven Roller) Pick and Pass, MDR Sorters, MDR Accumulation, presorts, and more than 40 barcode scanners.
