The main (and most costly) component of any high bright marine monitor is the panel itself. Marine monitor companies purchase these panels from manufactures like us to incorporate into their products. Additionally, other key components such as power supplies, video controller boards, inverters, etc., may need to be purchased from several different vendors. This broad supply chain introduces cost in addition to increasing risk exposure due to component obsolescence or lack of inventory.In contrast, we design all of our own sunlight readable panels, electrical components, assemblies, and sub assemblies. Controlling the design and manufacturing of our own components provides us the "agility" to quickly incorporate the latest technological advances into our products. Furthermore, all stocking of materials, assembly, quality testing, packaging, and shipping is accomplished at our single factory. This streamlined supply chain keeps our product cost low, allowing us to pass the savings onto our customers.
