Women's Flat Track Roller Derby. The league is skater owned and operated and has a board of directors that oversee league operations and bout production. Bout events are open to the public and tickets are sold for each event. The Green Mountain Derby Dames strive to be a possitive force in the community and work with local charities at each event as well as donating a portion of the proceeds. Through Roller Derby, the women and men of the league learn teamwork and business skills while working with an extremely diverse group of people from various backgrounds.
