Green Visions is an urban gardening-centered workforce development program serving the JOSANA neighborhood of Northwest Rochester, NY. We employ 15 youth ages 18-21 from the neighborhood to install, maintain, and run our cut flower farms and to make and sell floral arrangements locally. Our urban flower farms are located on vacant lots in the City of Rochester, contributing to neighborhood beautification, urban green space, and local ecology.
