Farm Fresh Eggs, Local Honey, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, and so much more! Greenbriar Farm in Peapack, NJOur farm was first established as the Earle farm in 1941. Because of the rich soil and the waters that flow from the Raritan headwaters, high-quality fruits and vegetables have always been grown here. The farm included a variety of livestock including chickens, horses, and cattle. We established Greenbriar Farm in 1995 as a small chicken farm where we sold fresh eggs out of picnic coolers. We gradually increased our offerings to include fresh local fruits and vegetables, as well as other seasonal items such as honey, pickles, jams, and jellies. In addition to a variety of chickens, we have donkeys, sheep, ducks, and rabbits living happily on the farm. In 2015, we added a greenhouse where we grow organic herbs and vegetables. In 2017, we built a permanent farm stand to make shopping for fresh and healthy items both enjoyable and fun. Stop by to say hello and savor the country atmosphere while supporting your local farm. We are open year round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
