Leisure/Hospitality - Coeur dAlene, ID, US
Greenbriar Inn has been a long-standing business in the Coeur d'Alene area, changing to meet the needs of it's customers. First opened as a Bed and Breakfast, quickly adding catering to their list of offerings, as there was a need for reasonably priced upscale food for the growing tourism community of the early 80's. Later, an addition to the Historic Mansion permitted seating of 100 or more, with deck and garden allowing for larger parties in the summer. In 2001, Greenbriar acquired Wildbeary Huckleberry Products (www.gbrfoods.com) and increased the line of huckleberry products to over 20 from the original eight. In 2008, Greenbriar opened their restaurant, 315 martinis and tapas dinner restaurant, and has been increasing services to their clients ever since. Adding a wine bar in 2010, and Sunday Brunch later in the year, the 315 continues to delight more and more regulars with every new roll-out. Overnight guests enjoy the second floor deck seating and hot tub, the late afternoon drinks while listening to live soft blues and jazz, either in the dining room or in the gazebo located in the garden during the summer.
