GreenCo distributes, designs and installs bypass "partial flow" filtration systems for heavy equipment, trucks, industrial, marine, and more. These systems are also known as "kidney loop filtrations". Our system's depth media filters down to 1 micron, and are a supplemental filter to the OEM inline filter. Bypass filtration systems take 5 to 10 percent of the flow that would have gone to feed the engine or hydraulic system, and cycle it through an ultra-efficient filter and back to the sump. We are diverting a very small amount of flow and in "no way" adversely effect the OEM system.Implementing this technology has major positive impacts on increasing oil and equipment life. This is achieved by controlling/eliminating the finer contaminants that build up in an engine or hydraulic system, also removing water. Utilizing SAE/ISO certified oil analysis, GreenCo has demonstrated the ability to extend oil life 3-5X and beyond. After implementing our systems, customers have seen their ISO cleanliness levels improve 3-5X from the condition of new oil. We keep lubricants beyond pristine!In addition to permanently mounted systems for mobile and industrial applications, GreenCo also offers portable filtration systems "filter carts" that simply need access to 110V to operate.
