Greenfire is a real estate investment, master development, and asset management firm focused on the redevelopment of downtown Durham's city center. The firm played a leading role in the transformation of what used to be one of the most distressed urban environments in the Southeast. Greenfire has successfully exited all of its redevelopment investments with the exception of two core assets: the 21c Durham Museum and Hotel (a modern art focused boutique hotel) and One City Center (a 27-story mixed use tower now under construction). Other key investments included: NC Mutual Building, Whetstone Apartments, Liberty Warehouse Apartments, Rogers Alley, Trust Building, Durham Kress, and Baldwin Lofts.
