These beliefs constitute our organization's reason for existence.Our Work:We serve the greater Seattle area with the following practices:- Mental Health Counseling: Our practitioners bring compassion and strength in the areas of relational counseling, trauma recovery, addictive behavior, EMDR, and other effective techniques.-ARNP Prescribers:For psychopharmacalogical needs, we have 2 ARNPs available for new client intakes. - Massage: Our Licensed Massage Practitioners have experience in deep tissue, Swedish, and trauma response techniques.- Nutrition:Your body is a vessel for your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your nutritional needs are uniquely yours. Know and feel the right nutritional balance for you to thrive.- Acupuncture:Provided by a long-time practitioner, working with your particular needs, your body, and your nervous system to offer care.
