GreenSteps LLC, formed in late 2008, to educates clients about sustainable, eco-friendly design. We now provide Owner's representation, Quality control for high-performance projects, "air boss" training and management of building envelope construction, and general contracting of discrete sustainable projects. We are currently working on our WEB site. GreenSteps also provides consulting and building analysis services. Our building analysis is more than just energy-centric- we took at the whole building. We review a matrix of issues including energy, indoor air quality, materials, waste management and maintenance practices.
