Since its founding in 2006, Greenville Women Giving (GWG) has funded 123 grants to Greenville County non-profits totaling $6.5 million. Today there are over 500 active members, and more are welcome. GWG is open to all women who commit to donating $1,200 per year for three years to the collective fund ($1,000 for grants; $200 for program and operations costs).Our MissionTo work strategically and collectively to identify and fund worthy organizations in the areas of arts, education, environment, health, and human services in Greenville County, South Carolina.Our VisionTo be a powerful organization of knowledgeable women serving as catalysts for improving the quality of life in Greenville County through collective grant making. We aim to be a progressive leader in women's philanthropy by engaging and inspiring our members, non-profit organizations and community stakeholders to affect meaningful, positive change in our community.
