Greg W. Hudgins, MSOD, an independent Organization Development (OD) Consultant, with 20 years executive experience in sales management, client services, coaching and human capital development, and change management; including 14 years with a prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient known for Quality. His work improves an organization's morale, effectiveness, and the bottom line, directly impacting collaboration and organizational culture. He has consulted for-profit and non-profit organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, NSF ( the National Science Foundation), TSA (the Transportation Security Administration), the cities of Alexandria and Arlington, Virginia, and AICR (the American Institute of Cancer Research). His article; "How Understanding Cultural Differences Improves the Work Environment and the Bottom-line" was published in academic and trade journals.
