Grigoriou Interiors is a leading Interior Design business championing sustainability and human wellbeing for commercial spaces. We passionately believe that style and sustainability are mutually inclusive: combining an eye for aesthetics with in-depth sustainability know-how. We design interiors that are stylish and look after people as well as the environment. Elina Grigoriou is the RICS SKA rating Technical Editor and chairs the SKA rating Technical Committee, which guides the tool's development. Our involvement in and support of the SKA rating initiative has been instrumental in bringing the system into effect. This means that – in addition to our design expertise – we are also at the heart of the latest industry developments and initiatives regarding sustainability in fit-out projects. We are experts in wellbeing in interiors, helping our clients turn indoor spaces into positive influences on people, businesses and the environment, while improving their company's financial bottom line. We share our knowledge of wellbeing on a voluntary basis through the Feeling Good Foundation, set up in 2013 by the Building Centre and Grigoriou Interiors. We help organise seminars that bring together leading academics and experts to advance best practise in the industry. Elina Grigoriou, co-founder of Grigoriou Interiors, is an industry expert on sustainability, wellbeing and design for interior spaces. She was voted one of the Top 50 Rising Stars of Sustainability by Building magazine. She is regularly invited by industry bodies to participate in steering meetings, speak at public events, contribute in research work, and judge awards and project competitions.Past projects have included interior design for clients such as, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Regus Group, Huckletree and Virgin Atlantic Airways; SKA rating assessments for clients such as Marks and Spencer, GVA and Croydon Council; and Wellbeing Reviews for clients such as GL Hearn.
