While our technology can be used all across food industry in different aspects, our focus is towards a gap which is widening and no one seems to be filling. What is the future of Cooking? Our Technology stack can be used by virtually any recipe provider such as Bloggers, Chefs, Brands, HomeChefs, GrandMa to add their recipe and publish it to our store "Infinite Recipes". Recipes are then licensed to Meal Kit Manufacturers for a royalty fee.Now, our platform improves Choice Index. Its awesome, Using AI and ML we make recipes smart. Right now, Recipes are dumb, unresponsive to individual's dietary and taste needs. We use technology to provide data which can be used to provide Customization. Different versions such as Low Calorie, Vegan etc of same recipes can be saved.2. Manufacture Meal Kits - Manufacturing Meal Kits is a very simple Operation, Involving 3 steps. First portion out the Ingredients according to recipe, second pack them in their right sized packets and lastly assemble each ingredient into the box. While its not rocket science, in real time operations even at a scale of 200 Meal Kits a day, Roughly 3000 small packets needs to be packed in exact quantity and put in right box where getting anything wrong is a cardinal sin which consumers never forget. Current Manufacturing techniques reflect product offering which doesn't offer convenience. Following hyperlocal manufacturing, we enable Restaurants and SuperMarkets to produce Meal Kits using their own Kitchen.That's not it. Customization is big part of Meal Kit success so embracing it, our technology is built on a model that allows each order to be unique.3. Sell and Deliver - The final component of Meal Kit operations is to sell and deliver Meal Kits. This part of the platform takes care of consumer side requirements such as Website, Mobile Application, POS for selling and other features such as Recipe Card, Support, Payment etc. Consumers are restricted to choose one subscription that fulfills a very specific need state. Using our technology, Food Delivery Aggregators can sell Meal Kits produced by their partner Restaurants and deliver under an hour. The future of Meal Kit is omni channel just like other categories.
