Groen & Boothman, partner and sparring partner for Design & Creative Direction activities. G&B is the collaboration between seasoned industrial designers Hanno Groen and Joanna Boothman. Having worked behind the scenes for various known- and lesser known brands and renowned consultancies, in 2019 we combined our strengths to specialize in products where aesthetics and emotion play a key role. Our complimentary hybrid backgrounds merge aeronautical engineering, industrial design, art academy and years of experience working with international clients. Our versatile mix of skills and interests allows us to think across disciplinary borders and explore uncharted territory for exceptional ideas. Besides conventional design tools and processes, we are pioneers in working with advanced 3D design tools, combining generative design with animation. 4th industrial revolution design tools which open doors to sophisticated new forms and solutions, freeing us to re-think, re-invent and take product design and form-giving to the next level.
