Ground Control is an innovative illumination agency, with a rich experience of working with an international and local clientele for almost a decade. Founded by award winning Lighting designer Naveen Deshpande, Ground Control is helmed by his vast experience in lighting design and launching India's premier artist and event management agency - Mixtape.Ground Control's team of industry veterans and multidisciplinary creative collaborators, led by Satvinder Singh, have worked on progressive and futuristic lighting design and audio visual experiences for artists, festivals, corporates and other large scale events across the globe. The team is constantly focussed on delivering efficient solutions of the highest international standards for all requirements. We specialise in curating and managing custom designed events and festivals, from ideating and planning to content management and execution. The agency has worked on prestigious festivals such as Magnetic Fields, Bacardi NH7 Weekender, the Dubai D3 Festival, Echoes of Earth, and many more; and have designed and executed rigs for some of the biggest touring acts, including Pentagram, Divine, Nucleya, Amit Trivedi, Prateek Kuhad along with international talent such as Steve Vai, Anderson Paak + the Free Nationals, Fatima Yamaha, Sikth, Karnivool, Four Tet, Chet Faker and many more.
