The confused faces of the new students were similar to hers when she was doing her Ph.D. True enough, the students did not know how to write critically or even read critically their journal articles. The students did not know where to start or what topic to even do their Ph.D. on. They were very fearful if they would be able to obtain a Ph.D. degree after all. Professor Ibrahim was worried when students become frustrated when they were unable to comprehend what she was teaching. A few classes onwards, Professor Ibrahim started her own initiatives to improve her teaching approach. Within five years using her ethnography skills, the E.A.G.L.E. (Excellence Accelerator for Grounded Learning Environment) Intellectual Capability Training Programme was born! The EAGLE Programme is a structured interactive online visual training program developed from an ethnography research. The E.A.G.L.E. technique supports different learning cultures of individuals and organisations to meet the 21st century critical skills. From an original idea to help Master and Ph.D. students now turned into helping individuals and organisations to accelerate their intellectual excellence across any fields and mission. Grounded Learning (M) Sdn. Bhd. was entrusted to be given the opportunity to disseminate E.A.G.L.E. Intellectual Capability Training Program to the world. Since 2015, Grounded Learning (M) provide supports and services for individuals (research students) and organizations to transform themselves towards innovating global competitiveness. Using the EAGLE techniques, the individuals and organizations are able to transform thinking capability and generate wealth through asset creations. Grounded Learning (M) also help in upgrading the E.A.G.L.E.
