Founded in 2019 by Hannah Tall, Grow Tall is a consultancy that's on a mission to support nonprofits and school districts in leveling the playing field for young people, by creating and improving programs, training staff on best practices for implementation, and by establishing partnerships to improve outcomes and impact. With over a decade of expertise managing out-of-school time programs, community partnerships, service-learning, program development and recruitment strategy for local and national organizations, Hannah started Grow Tall out of a desire to provide targeted support to youth-serving organizations. Hannah's why for doing this work comes down to access, working within and alongside underserved communities to close the opportunity and achievement gaps for youth. She builds context and relationships to leverage community voices and truly make change.Hannah has been the recipient of the Jefferson Award for Public Service, was a Fulbright Scholar and has worked with organizations including Harlem Children's Zone, STOKED Mentoring, City Year and the Institute of International Education, among others. Current and previous Grow Tall clients include: SCS Noonan Scholars, The Laurel Creative and Alder Graduate School of Education. A native New Yorker, Hannah currently calls Los Angeles home and is excited to partner with local and national organizations and school districts, in service of young people.
