My dream is to build a stronger you, so you can bring strength, stability and leadership to the society you form a part of. As a foundational coach, I help you to grow a solid foundation. It could mean: • growing through a difficult life situation (change of some sort). • to grow in preparation for the next season you look forward to (new job, leadership, marriage, parenting). • breaking a wrong TOXIC way of thinking that is hurting you or someone you love. There are various tools available, which I am skilled and certified to use:• Strength Finder (Gallup)• DISC Behavioural Styles• Emotional Quotient / Intelligence…but the important thing is your growth to be a better you. NB! I don't use these tools to put you in a box, they are used to give language and expression, to enable conversation. It is often because we didn't have a language to express ourselves that resulted in our getting stuck in the first place.We are not isolated islands. You constantly interact with other people (or at least should be).
