Growing with Grace combines Holistic Wellness Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Reiki healing to facilitate greater well-being, peace, and balance—on all levels. Through a combination of touch and talk, we will discover together which aspects of your life are being energized and which are not. We will examine how you are supporting yourself as a whole being—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — and how to bring you into better alignment and balance.
