Ahoy! I'm Spencer, a Chicago-based content creator & copywriter, novice graphic designer, and founder of Grown Creative, LLC. After several years as an educator, I'm pursuing what I've always enjoyed most: writing, doodling, and building solid relationships. I'm a self-published poet and cartoonist with an eye for all things creative thanks to my upbringing, personal interests (if you want to talk graffiti, we can definitely talk graffiti), and adoration for the graphic & written arts. I love speaking to and in front of people, and feel that I've earned the right to call myself a "people person" given years of customer service experience (4011= banana, 4688=sweet red pepper). My latest pursuits have involved Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, and Wix / Squarespace web design, and I can't wait to further combine these skills with my professional and creative writing.
