GrowthPath primarily works with SMEs up to about $25m. Our flagship program is the 3-phase Profit Engineering program, although we also do consulting and education in finance transformation for corporates, particularly in partnership with CPA Australia. We are a strictly fixed-price consultancy; our business model is not based on locking clients in to recurring revenue. We are vendor neutral. Any commissions we earn are rebated to clients. We have built a strong reputation in moving medium sized SMEs to integrated cloud solutions (which could involve any of inventory, complex pricing, retail, CRM, accounting, business intelligence, manufacturing).Increasingly, our business is migrating clients away from legacy monolithic ERP systems, although about half of our work is moving away from entry level accounting packages such as MYOB.
